A classic green tea. If you're just dipping your toe into the world of green tea, then we'd start with this one (but don't put your actual toes in the tea).

Large green leaves are rolled into tight balls and dried immediately. Brew lightly. As with most green teas, you can use the leaves a good four or five times before they fully lose their flavour. Just keep topping up your mug or pot with hot water and brew again and again!
